About
A turn-key system, which provides electrical and protocol interfaces to a satellite instrument (camera, synthetic aperture radar, etc.) during development and AIT. Sometimes called Payload SCOE, it allows operating as a stand-alone instrument, providing power (LCL, SLP, HTR), control/monitor signals (discretes, TM/TC, serial, bus) as well as science interfaces (SpW, WzL, SpF) to the instrument.
