Compoxi Space Composite Manufacturing

Compoxi provides turnkey composite design, engineering and manufacturing services for the space sector, covering both recurrent serial production and high-value one-off special projects. Its space-market work includes manufacturing of GFRP (glass fibre reinforced plastic) radomes for European launchers and for LEO and GEO orbit satellites; manufacturing of CFRP (carbon fibre reinforced plastic) structures for LEO orbit satellites; manufacturing of CFRP antennas for LEO orbit satellites; co-engineering and manufacturing of structural elements for HAPS (High-Altitude Pseudo-Satellites); and design and manufacturing of substrates for solar arrays. Compoxi draws on its broader composite processing expertise, also applied in aeronautics (e.g. RTM structural components and dry CFRP preform parts for aircraft door structures), materials testing labs, and industrial applications, to support space customers from initial material selection through qualification testing and final part production.
