Compoxi

Compoxi is a composite materials and manufacturing company with a solid track record executing turnkey composite design and manufacturing projects for sectors including space, aeronautics and wind energy. Mastering composite processing allows the company to handle both recurrent serial production and high-value, one-off special projects spanning design, engineering and production. In the space market, Compoxi’s featured projects include manufacturing of GFRP radomes for European launchers and LEO/GEO orbit satellites, manufacturing of CFRP structures for LEO orbit satellites, manufacturing of CFRP antennas for LEO orbit satellites, co-engineering and manufacturing of HAPS (High Altitude Platform Station) structural elements, and design and manufacturing of substrates for solar arrays. Compoxi also operates composite testing labs, having delivered more than 25,000 samples and demonstrators to testing laboratories, running qualification test campaigns for materials, adhesives and repairs across aeronautic, rotorwing, wind energy and automotive markets. Beyond space, Compoxi serves the aeronautics sector (e.g. RTM structural components and dry CFRP preform parts for the A350 door structure, upper deck parts for the H160, and components for UAVs) and industrial applications (redesign of metallic high-speed rotating components into composite, radiotransparent components, and one-off automotive parts).
