Curvalux 3.2 mmW FWA
World's fastest "Wireless Fiber" - multi-gigabit millimeter-wave fixed wireless access system
About
The Curvalux 3.2 mmW FWA is Curvalux’s flagship fixed wireless access (FWA) system, described by the company as the world’s fastest “Wireless Fiber.” It operates in the 24-31 GHz millimeter-wave band to deliver point-to-multipoint (P2MP) broadband connectivity exceeding 2.5 Gbps, positioned as the lowest-cost P2MP FWA solution on the market. The system is built around Curvalux’s patented multi-beam phased-array antenna technology, originally derived from satellite communications engineering, which uses focused beams for high capacity, long range and low power consumption. The Edge Node/CPE hardware consumes only about 60W of power and is solar-power ready, making it viable for off-grid and rural deployments. Customer-premises equipment (CPE) is available with WiFi or 5G interfaces. Curvalux 3.2 has been tested and proven in real-world deployments across the USA (San Francisco, Ventura, Alabama), Indonesia, Cameroon, and other regions in Asia, Africa and South America, demonstrating fiber-like speeds while consuming roughly 1/30th the power of comparable 5G systems and achieving over 20 km of proven range.
