Processing large volumes of data in rugged environments away from climate-controlled data centers requires compact and dependable memory solutions. Mercury’s compact plastic BGA packages consisting of multiple stacked die are optimized for size, weight and power in military and commercial aerospace applications. These high-density DDR memory solutions maximize processing performance in the most challenging environments where space is a premium and failure isn’t an option. Traditional memory solutions with individually packaged devices take up too much space, connections are likely to fail during vibration, and consumer devices lack a trusted supply chain.
