Digital Data Products
In-Space Missions, in collaboration with BAE Systems, offers sophisticated, flexible, and re-configurable integrated ground and space systems for digital data products, including Azalea RF mapping.
About
Teaming with our colleagues at BAE Systems, we offer the Azalea Radio Frequency Mapping capability which collects data in specific bands over critical user areas of interest. Data from BAE Systems Azalea Cluster 1, targeted for launch 2025, will deliver high-quality information and intelligence in real time from space to our customers. Azalea Cluster 1 comprises four highly resilient satellites which, together, are capable of gathering, analysing and communicating Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and RF signals. BAE Systems is working with Finnish firm, ICEYE, for the advanced SAR technology that forms a key part of Azalea Cluster 1. Azalea will use its range of sensors to collect radar and radio frequency (RF) data, which will be analysed by on-board machine learning on edge processors to deliver intelligence securely, anywhere in the world while still in orbit. We offer two RF Mapping products: RFM GEO-LOCATE – analytic ready, processed geospatial intelligence JavaScript Object Notation providing: Frequency Time Latitude and longitude Earth-centred-Earth-fixed (ECEF) Coordinates of observed RF signals; and RFM IQ – Raw RF data.
