TDEMI X (TDEMI eXtreme) is an easily upgradable real-time EMC emission test system supporting civil (CISPR, FCC Part 15, ANSI C63.2/4), military (MIL-461G), and avionic (DO-160) standards. It includes an integrated spectrum analyzer and real-time spectrum analyzer, with an optional two-channel oscilloscope extending down to DC.
