GDMS provides satellite communications terminals for the US Navy’s Shore-Based Fleet SATCOM infrastructure including X-band, Ka-band, and EHF (Extremely High Frequency) terminals. The 7.3-metre antenna shown is a standard X/Ka-band SATCOM terminal used for fleet broadband connectivity at naval shore facilities. GDMS also supports C3I (Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence) satellite ground station infrastructure for strategic communications satellites including AEHF, WGS, MUOS, and GPS.
