KAIDA manufactures precision twist pin contacts for use in military circular connectors. Twist pin contacts use a bundle of twisted wires to form a compliant male contact that pairs with hyperboloid socket contacts, providing low insertion force and high cycle life.
Three standard sizes are available covering outer diameters from 0.72 mm to 0.92 mm. Lead time is approximately 10-15 days for standard dimensions. Custom dimensions are available on request.
