About
Kinetica-2 (PR-2) is CAS Space’s next-generation liquid-fueled launch vehicle powered by Kinecore kerosene/liquid oxygen engines. Designed as a budget-competitive heavy hauler, Kinetica-2 targets approximately 6,000 kg payload to LEO, enabling large batch constellation deployment and competitive pricing for heavy satellite missions.
The vehicle family also includes Kinetica-2H (enhanced variant) and Kinetica-3 for higher payload requirements. Kinastra upper stages provide precise orbit injection for multi-plane constellation insertion. Kinetica-2 is aimed at both the domestic Chinese market and international launch customers seeking cost-effective medium-heavy lift.
