About
The LCS ZPServer is LiquidCool’s flagship immersion-cooled rack server, built around the company’s patented Total Liquid Immersion with Directed Flow (TIDF) technology, which routes the coolest dielectric fluid directly to the hottest components (CPU/GPU) before the bulk fluid flow removes residual heat from the rest of the board. It is form-factor and OEM-brand agnostic, supporting Intel Xeon Scalable or AMD EPYC processors and NVIDIA/AMD/Intel GPUs/accelerators, and can be deployed in a standard 19-inch rack either retrofitted into existing infrastructure or as a complete standalone system. It requires no air conditioning, external water, or fans, achieves a cooling PUE below 1.03, and operates across 0-45C ambient range.
