In its later phase, Modularity Space repositioned around a leasing model called ‘The Neighborhood,’ letting customers lease exactly the satellite capacity they need (partial capacity, a full satellite, or a large constellation), with pricing starting around $2,500 per month plus a deposit, instead of capital-expenditure satellite ownership. Leases included the full suite of mission services: planning, integration, launch, and operations, with the company advertising the ability to reach orbit within about 12 months.
