About
The NanoCom GS2000 is an S-band ground station radio, part of a communication link solution designed to enhance data rates between nanosatellites and ground stations by utilizing S-band frequency ranges. This product, while phased out and no longer available for sale, was a key component in a comprehensive S-band communication link offered by GomSpace. The full solution included the NanoCom SR2000 S-band radio module for satellites, the NanoCom ANT2000 S-band patch antenna for satellites, and the NanoCom GS2000 for the ground station. This specific solution was successfully implemented for high-speed space-to-ground links, notably for the GOMX4-satellites. The hardware features of the NanoCom GS2000 include an S-Band transceiver, a 2U 19” rack-cabinet with an external 28 V supply, and an internal 25 W Power Amplifier.
