About
Parabilis Space Technologies’ RCS Thruster is a monolithic metallic additively manufactured liquid oxygen (LOx) / methane reaction control system thruster developed under a U.S. Department of Defense program. The thruster uses LOx/CH4 propellants — a green propellant combination compatible with future deep-space architectures — and leverages Parabilis’ in-house capabilities in additive manufacturing of rocket engine components. As a monolithic part, the thruster reduces part count and assembly complexity compared to traditional machined and welded RCS thruster hardware. Parabilis’ test history with LOx/CH4 at its Ramona, California propulsion test facility underpins the system’s design heritage.
