Pinkmatter offers antenna hosting services in the southern hemisphere, 40 minutes’ drive from OR Tambo (Johannesburg) International Airport, South Africa. The hosting site is co-located with Pinkmatter’s head office to ensure on-site smart-hands support. Pretoria’s weather conditions are ideal for ground station operation, with moderate temperatures, low winds and zero snowfall; most locations on the site provide an 8-degree horizon mask or better, and the low-density surrounding area keeps RF interference low. Pinkmatter provides antenna pads built to customer specification, a secure fenced facility, fibre internet, scalable backup power independent of the national grid, and full administrative support including regulatory licensing assistance, import/export forwarding and clearing logistics, and project management from site establishment through to operation.
