About
The SSDI SFH06055-20 is a radiation-tolerant high-side power switch hybrid in SSDI’s LCC20 hermetically sealed ceramic surface-mount package, rated at 20 A continuous at 60 V with a maximum on-resistance of 55 mΩ. The device accepts logic-level input voltages, integrating a zener-protected, radiation-tolerant MOSFET with drive circuitry in a single hermetic package suitable for direct PCB mounting.
Designed to switch electrical loads in satellite power systems, the LCC20 package provides a compact footprint with excellent thermal dissipation via direct surface mounting to the substrate. Internal zener protection guards the gate from transient overvoltage events common in space power bus switching applications. Available in TX, TXV, and Space-level screening in accordance with MIL-PRF-38534 (hybrid circuits).
As a hybrid circuit combining MOSFET and drive electronics, this device simplifies power distribution unit (PDU) design in small satellites, eliminating discrete gate driver circuitry while maintaining the hermetic reliability required for long-duration missions.
