This service allows customers to build, sign, push, deploy, monitor, and roll back applications in orbit, mirroring the workflow used by cloud development teams. It includes an A/B partition scheme and content-addressable updates, which ensure that even over intermittent and low-bandwidth links (e.g., 4 kbit/s), bad deployments can be safely reversed. This capability transforms the bespoke, one-off nature of payload code into a more agile and manageable process, enabling safe and frequent updates for satellite applications.
