Skyrora XL is a three-stage, small satellite launch vehicle intended to place payloads into Sun-Synchronous Orbit. The third stage of the vehicle is capable of placing the payload into low Earth orbit within a wide range of altitude and orbit inclinations. The LEO engine for Skyrora XL runs on hydrogen peroxide and kerosene, producing 3.5 kN thrust, and is able to re-ignite several times. This engine passed a successful test with Ecosene fuel. The first and second stages of the orbital Skyrora XL launch vehicle are powered by a seven-tonne engine that uses advanced turbopump techniques and is capable of creating 70 kN thrust. This is a regeneratively cooled liquid rocket engine using a pressure fed system.
