ANDROMEDA
ANDROMEDA is Argotec's pioneering lunar constellation designed to revolutionize lunar communications and support scientific and commercial missions.
Description
ANDROMEDA is Argotec's innovative project to equip the Moon with a highly efficient communication system. This pioneering lunar constellation will revolutionize lunar communications, addressing one of the biggest challenges facing lunar and Deep Space exploration today: communication between spacecraft and Earth, and between spacecraft themselves. The ANDROMEDA lunar constellation consists of 24 satellites positioned approximately 8,000 meters above the Moon's surface in Elliptical Lunar Frozen Orbits (ELFO) for optimal visibility and minimal station-keeping requirements. With ANDROMEDA, Argotec aims to provide a simple, plug-and-play solution to ensure fast, efficient, and stable communications between Earth and the Moon, Moon to Moon, and soon, Earth to Moon to Mars. This innovative service by Argotec will play a pivotal role in enabling sustainable lunar development and in the broader exploration of the solar system.
