OHB Italia is the Italian subsidiary of OHB SE, one of Europe's three major space companies alongside Airbus Defence and Space and Thales Alenia Space. Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Milan, OHB Italia contributes to the OHB group's European satellite manufacturing and space systems capability, focusing on Italian national and ESA-funded programs.

OHB Italia's engineering teams develop satellite subsystems, Earth observation payload electronics, and ground segment software for ESA science missions, Copernicus Earth observation satellites, and Italian Space Agency (ASI) national programs.
