Description
SWISSto12 manufactures 3D-printed RF and microwave hardware including horn antennas, waveguide networks, bandpass filters, multiplexers, and reflector systems for space applications. The additive manufacturing process enables complex internal geometries impossible with traditional machining, reducing component mass by 50–70% versus conventional aluminum parts while maintaining electrical performance. Products are flight qualified for satellite payloads in Ku, Ka, Q and V frequency bands and have flown on commercial GEO and MEO platforms. SWISSto12 also produces 3D-printed Q/V-band satellite payloads for HTS (High-Throughput Satellite) applications.
