About
SWISSto12 Horn Arrays are 3D printed, monolithic, high-gain (typically 30 to 40 dBi) waveguide-based horn arrays specifically designed for mechanically steered systems. These arrays are characterized by their lightest-weight construction and offer superior RF performance, typically 2 to 3 dB higher gain compared to other solutions. They are available in X, Ku, and Ka bands, utilizing a modular approach that facilitates batch production. Customers can benefit from custom shapes and interfaces, ensuring FCC compliance and high repeatability. Examples include Ka High Gain (16×64 or 32×32 elements) with gains up to 39.5 dBi and G/T > 12.5 dB/k, Ka Medium Gain (16×32 elements) with gains up to 36.5 dBi and G/T > 10 dB/k, and Ka Low Gain (16×16 elements) with gains up to 33.5 dBi and G/T > 8 dB/k. X-band options are also available, such as X High Gain (8×24 elements) with gains up to 31.3 dBi and G/T > 8 dB/k, and X Medium Gain (8×12 elements) with gains up to 28.3 dBi and G/T > 7 dB/k. All examples feature 4-port (RHCP & LHCP) configurations.
