About
RadNano is 27G Technology’s flagship miniature semiconductor-based radiation dosimeter, claimed as the world’s smallest active radiation measurement device. At 12.7 × 12.7 × 2.5 mm and under 1 gram, it embeds directly onto any PCB for CubeSat, smallsat, and space instrument applications. Dual redundant sensors measure ionizing radiation (gamma, X-ray, HZE particles) with standby power under 25 µW and active power under 10 mW. It communicates via UART and I2C, is shock-qualified to 5000 g, vibration-qualified per MIL-STD-810, and has IP67 protection. The device is TRL-9 with flight heritage on multiple satellite missions including SpaceX Transporter-15.
