About
The RadNano is the world’s smallest active electronic radiation dosimeter, optimized for minimal size and negligible power consumption. Developed by 27G Technology, it measures ionizing radiation — including gamma, X-ray, and high-energy proton radiation — using fully semiconductor-based dual-sensor technology. The device is designed to operate reliably in extreme environments including space, nuclear research, medical, safety, and industrial settings.
Available in four variants: Engineering Model (EM) for evaluation and development, Evaluation Board (EB) with EM for integration testing, and two space-grade versions (2K and XK) covering dose ranges from 0.1 to 2 krad and 0.2 to 10 krad respectively. A special RadNano Infinity crew dosimeter variant was used on the ISS as part of the RANDAM experiment via Axiom-4 (June–July 2025).
All versions feature ultra-compact form factor, single voltage supply, IP67 protection rating, and high resistance to shock and vibration. The device is free from hazardous materials and delivers low EMI. Full technical documentation, datasheets, and engineering packages are provided.
