MESSE, the Magnetically Enhanced Small Satellite Engine, is Aliena’s constellation engine: a compact, high-thrust Hall thruster for microsatellite and small satellite platforms, aimed at the next generation of mega-constellations.

First ignition took place in May 2026, with qualification planned for mid-2028.

It is available as a standalone thruster unit, with interface and engineering support included for integration with the customer’s existing PPU and flow control system.
