About
The PLSU is an electronic device that operates a payload and receives, stores, processes, and compresses payload data, including encryption and a CCSDS engine. It supports up to 10 Gbit/s raw data input via user-defined FPGA interfaces (LVDS, Camera Link, GigE, USB), with radiometric/geometric image correction, image stacking, and compression. It provides 1 TB of storage at 850 MB/s write speed, 128-bit AES-GCM encryption with Diffie-Hellman/RSA 3072-bit key exchange, and multiple CCSDS protocol standards.
