About
PanelSat is Blink Astro’s nanosatellite platform and the space-based backbone of the company’s satellite IoT network. Each PanelSat spacecraft hosts a BlinkSat Radio payload and relays sensor data collected from ground-based BlinkR devices during its orbital pass, extending low-power IoT coverage to remote and hard-to-reach regions worldwide. A tailored constellation of PanelSat satellites in Low Earth Orbit provides daily connection windows for field-deployed sensors in industries including oil and gas, precision agriculture, logistics, environmental monitoring, and defense and security, delivering reliable data relay without dependence on terrestrial cellular or WiFi networks.
