Their offerings include fixed and mobile Optical Ground Terminals (OGTs) that seamlessly connect to space and airborne lasercom terminals. The systems are built with unmatched specifications, supporting communication speeds ranging from 2.5 Gbps to 1 Tbps, are modem agnostic, feature hot-swappable SSA Benches, and highly interoperable software. BridgeComm’s technology addresses the growing demand for greater communications infrastructure by providing increased bandwidth (10-100X greater than traditional methods), lower probability of detection or interception, and high security, meeting stringent requirements for government and space applications. They are actively involved in integrating lasercom with Space Situational Awareness (SSA) and Space Domain Awareness (SDA) for real-time operations environments, facilitating 24/7/365 remote operations centers. The company has a strong heritage, including an SDA Phase 2 contract awarded in 2021, multiple optical ground stations as a U.S. government program of record, and field demonstrations with the Navy in 2021. In space, an initial Spacecraft DTE terminal was launched to the ISS in 2017, and additional terminals and modems were awarded by AFRL in 2019, with an IC program space DTE terminal delivered in 2021. For telecommunications, they demonstrated the first 100Gbps point-to-point solution in 2020.
