The CSD-2A Component Set features ultra-flat CSD precision gears, available in seven different sizes and with ratios ranging from 50:1 to 100:1. Its compact design makes it ideal for use in a variety of tight spaces, particularly for applications that demand high precision, such as robotics. The CSD component set is comprised of three fundamental parts: a circular spline, a flexspline, and a wave generator. Key features include zero-backlash operation, reduced thickness (approximately one-quarter the size of the CSF Series), and a hollow through bore, with an extra-large through bore option also available. These gears offer extremely high positioning accuracy and excellent repeatability, all within a compact and simple design.
