About

DHV Technology’s Solar Array Drive Assemblies (SADA) provide continuous 360° rotation of solar panels for optimal sun-pointing throughout the orbit. The company offers two product lines:

**microSADA** — designed for small satellites and CubeSats. A compact, low-torque mechanism with a stepper motor, gearbox, and integrated slip ring for power (up to 20W) and data (I2C/UART) transfer across the rotating interface.

**SADA** — for larger platforms requiring higher power transfer (100W+). Features a brushless DC motor with a multi-channel slip ring, position feedback encoder, and motor controller unit. Suitable for microsatellites and smallsats.

Both products have been designed to minimize EMI interference with payload electronics and are qualified for LEO missions. The microSADA has flight heritage through multiple CubeSat deployments.
