The NanoCom Link X is a fast, flexible, and efficient DVB-S2 compatible X-band transmitter engineered to support data-intensive payloads on satellites. It is capable of delivering radio transmit rates of up to 210Mbps. A key feature is its X-band antenna with an integrated front end, which can be optimally placed within the satellite independently of the modem/transmitter location, thereby eliminating concerns about signal loss. The NanoCom Link X also incorporates built-in encryption and key management, following the latest CCSDS recommendations, to protect communication sessions against eavesdroppers and other threats. It utilizes DVB-S2 technology for high-performance X-band transmission and supports unidirectional file transfer over IPv4/UDP. The product is part of the ‘NanoCom Link’ series, which emphasizes communication solutions for Nano Satellites and includes the NanoCom Link Connect software for ground station connectivity.
