About

Holmes Mk2 is HEO’s most compact non-Earth imaging (NEI) payload, part of HEO’s line of flight-proven NEI cameras that provide a minimal non-recurring-engineering (NRE) path to sovereign NEI capability. Holmes Mk2 requires minimal integration effort and is designed to operate as a hosted payload on a host satellite bus with negligible impact on that satellite’s primary mission.

Like HEO’s other NEI cameras, Holmes Mk2 is built around three qualities: it is data-driven and space-proven, drawing on HEO’s operational NEI mission history; it features integrated autonomy for tasking and operation; and it is flexible across multiple domains and hosting configurations.
