The 0.5m panchromatic (PAN) & 2m multispectral (MS) camera is an Earth observation system with a swath over 12 km and high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR of at least 40 dB for panchromatic and 43.5 dB for multispectral imaging). It features fast delivery and an integrated optical, mechanical, electronic, and thermal design. Applications include land surveys, crop and forest monitoring, geological exploration, ocean forecasting, environmental protection, disaster monitoring, urban planning, and mapping.
