About
The Ibeos E14-150 is a 150W SmallSat Electric Power System providing radiation-tolerant peak-power tracking solar array power conversion for 14V battery systems. Delivers regulated 3.3V (3A), 5V (6A), and 12V (4A) buses plus an unregulated 14V battery bus at 10A. Includes 10 switched power outputs with 10 mΩ typical on-resistance. Commands and telemetry via I2C at 400 kbps and SPI at 1 Mbps. Protection includes OVP, UVP, OCP, and a configurable watchdog timer with two-fault tolerant separation inhibits. Solar array conversion efficiency is 96%; regulator efficiencies are 93–95%. Operates from -40 to +105 deg C.
