About
The IHI Aerospace MT-8A is a 4N-class flight-proven hydrazine monopropellant thruster. Delivering 1.80–5.01 N thrust with 212–225 s specific impulse, the MT-8A has accumulated over 850,000 demonstrated pulse firings and greater than 190 kg propellant throughput. Part of IHI Aerospace’s established MT-series monopropellant thruster family with over 800 hydrazine thrusters delivered since 1964.
