About

The LabSat 3 Wideband is a GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) record and replay system that allows users to capture and replay real-world GNSS signals for testing and validation of GNSS-enabled devices. Although no longer in production, it supports multi-constellation and multi-frequency signals across the Upper and Lower L-Band, including SBAS and commercial differential services. It offers features like easy configuration via an intuitive web interface, an API for automated testing, and the ability to record additional signals synchronized to the GNSS input, such as dual-CAN, RS232, and digital signals. The system supports both conducted and radiated testing and is available in two models: Record & Replay or Replay Only. It is designed for realistic, reliable, and repeatable testing, eliminating the need for costly live-sky field-testing. The LabSat 3 Wideband is compact, portable, and battery-powered, making it suitable for various environments. It is compatible with SatGen Simulation Software, which enables the creation of bespoke, high-dynamic scenarios with user-defined trajectories, time, date, and location. This product is specifically marketed for aerospace, drone, automotive, agriculture, IoT, and End-of-Line (EOL) testing, with a dedicated section for ‘SPACE – GNSS Testing for when the sky is not your limit’, allowing for custom scenarios for launch, in-orbit, and re-entry maneuvers, and testing ‘space qualified’ receivers without typical velocity and altitude restrictions.
