About
The LCS ZPServer is a 2U high-density immersion-cooled server using LiquidCool’s patented Total Liquid Immersion with Directed Flow™ (TIDF) technology. Coolant flows from coldest to hottest components inside a liquid-tight chassis, with all electronics submerged in single-phase dielectric thermal transfer fluid. The design is brand and form-factor agnostic, supporting Intel Xeon Scalable, AMD EPYC, and NVIDIA/AMD/Intel GPU options, integrating into standard 19″ EIA racks. PUE below 1.03 eliminates traditional air conditioning. The sealed chassis protects components from oxidation, corrosion, dust, humidity, and ESD — suitable for space, defense, and data center applications requiring extreme density and reliability.
