About

Xodiac is Masten’s 5th-generation reusable vertical takeoff/vertical landing rocket, in service since 2015 with over 100 successful flights. It routinely flies payloads on suborbital trajectories to reduce mission risk and provide truth data to technology developers. Fully reusable, Xodiac can fly multiple times per day supported by a small, agile team, and is used to routinely test precision landing and hazard-avoidance technologies. It is powered by the Scimitar main engine, which has accumulated 35,000+ seconds of cumulative operation.
