Payload Antenna System
A payload antenna system designed for inter-satellite laser links, user beams, and gateway stations, providing uplink and downlink channels for telemetry, tracking, and control (TT&C) signals.
About
The Payload Antenna System is engineered to process and forward information between inter-satellite laser links, user beams, and gateway stations. It also provides essential uplink and downlink channels for accompanying telemetry, tracking, and control (TT&C) signals, facilitating seamless global communication coverage. This antenna system is versatile and suitable for integration with various satellite platforms weighing 50kg and above. It offers flexible deployment options, capable of being installed as a single unit on-board a satellite or in a paired configuration. When arranged in a mirrored pair distribution, each antenna can independently point to different gateway stations. This configuration enables dual-polarized transceiving across 8 channels simultaneously, which is crucial for achieving efficient relay communication during high-speed flight.
