About
Optisys complex RF assemblies leverage additive manufacturing to consolidate multiple RF and mechanical functions into single monolithic assemblies. This integration approach achieves significant SWaP reduction compared to traditional multi-piece designs, enables complex internal waveguide and filter geometries impossible with conventional manufacturing, and improves repeatability and unit-to-unit consistency while reducing assembly, alignment, and supply-chain risk. Functions commonly integrated include switches, waveguide routing, filter banks, and thermal features. The technology has proven heritage with systems flown in space, lunar, and multi-orbit applications.
