Optisys slot arrays are purpose-built for modern space and aerospace platforms where performance, repeatability, and manufacturability matter alongside raw RF numbers. Designed specifically for additive manufacturing, these arrays leverage geometric freedom not achievable through traditional fabrication, enabling tight control of form factor, integration of multiple RF and mechanical features into a single monolithic part, and highly repeatable performance across builds. Features including waveguide, combiners, diplexers, and mounting interfaces are embedded directly into the structure, reducing part count, assembly risk, and overall program complexity while meeting demanding SWaP constraints. Optisys slot arrays support non-traditional aperture shapes and are scalable through production-proven processes.
