Orbital S Multi-Robot 3D Printer

Orbital S is Orbital Composites’ flagship multi-robot printer, the core machine of its robotic additive manufacturing platform. It coordinates multiple robotic arms to 3D print continuous-fiber and chopped-fiber composite parts without hard tooling or support materials, enabling production of aerospace-grade components such as custom unmanned aircraft structures. The system is part of a broader machine family that includes the entry-level Orbital e- single-robot printer, the 10-meter-scale mobile factory Orbital F, and Orbital AMCM, a high-volume system using Orbital’s patented Additive Manufacturing Compression Molding process for mass production of mission-critical parts.
