The PRELUDE product line from 2NDSpace Srl provides comprehensive solutions for Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) and FlatSat testing. The PRELUDE SOLO-EGSE PWR & Launch Interface support equipment is a multi-function EGSE module in a PC104 form factor, capable of standalone operation or FlatSat integration. It offers centralized power supply and data management for FlatSats, full platform physical interfaces (RBF, KS, OBF / Umbilical), and a dedicated MCU for system control, monitoring, and automation. It supports automated test execution, mission cycle simulation, on-board data logging, automated battery ground charging, and integrated battery bypass. The PRELUDE-FLATSAT-1 is a modular FlatSat board designed for subsystem integration and testing, featuring PC104 integration slots and supporting up to three avionics systems per module. It includes current sensing monitoring, electrical and data interconnections, and supports EGSE modules for centralized supply and control. Optimized for system-level functional testing and AIT, it reduces integration complexity and is expandable up to 5 boards. The PRELUDE-TESTPOD is available for 3U/6U/12U/16U CubeSat-class units, providing vibration qualification with a dynamic carriage for realistic launch scenario simulation. It features adjustable preloads, high-fidelity launch-interface boundary conditions, and supports qualification and acceptance test campaigns compliant with NASA GEVS and ECSS test levels. The entire PRELUDE line emphasizes reliability, modular integration, and customization.
