The CAVU SC-3G-3 is a 30% efficiency Triple Junction GaAs Solar Cell Interconnected Cover glass (CIC) assembly designed to withstand the harsh radiation environment of space. Based on GaInP/InGaAs/Ge triple-junction technology with an integrated silicon bypass diode. Suitable for CubeSats, small satellites, and larger spacecraft in LEO and GEO missions.
