About
The SDR radio system is designed to work with the latest CCSDS Cat A recommendations for high data rate transmissions and high spectral efficiency. The radio includes 64 GB of persistent storage for easy access from payload systems and forwarding to the ground, and supports transparent pseudo-noise ranging according to CCSDS 414.0-G2 for missions requiring additional orbit determination.
The SDR-P4 is based on a powerful SoC and a high-performance dual-channel full-duplex transceiver, offered with two RF front-end configurations depending on system requirements: either two full-duplex S-band channels, or one full-duplex S-band channel combined with an X-band transmit channel.
