About
The PJP-CP26 Conformal Printer extends Space Foundry’s plasma jet printing process to non-planar, curved, and complex 3D geometries. It prints electronic materials directly onto vertical and non-planar surfaces without pre- or post-treatment, targeting conformal antennas, frequency selective surfaces (FSS), inner mold layer (IML) and outer mold layer (OML) printing, and RF sensor structures for aerospace and automotive applications. Typical use cases include conformal antennas and EMI shielding printed on aircraft, UAV, and missile structures, as well as LiDAR heaters and conformal antennas integrated into curved vehicle body panels. The system has been demonstrated printing on wing and body panels and nose cone geometries.
