spacedrop
Exotrail's spacedrop™ is a comprehensive launch and deployment service dedicated to nano, micro, and small satellites, offering last-mile delivery to any specific orbit across LEO, MEO, and GEO.
About
Exotrail’s last mile delivery service spacedrop™ offers small satellites comprehensive delivery services, from payload integration to final orbit deployment. This service ensures timely, efficient, and flexible satellite deployment to meet diverse mission needs, with the ability to access any specific orbit across all shells—LEO, MEO, GEO. While heavy launchers offer low-cost solutions, they often miss target orbits, and small launchers are precise but pricey. spacedrop™ provides a smarter, simpler solution, especially for deploying small payloads to GEO, which is typically challenging. It enables rapid constellation deployment, allowing activities to kickstart sooner by populating multiple planes with a single spacevan™ launch, reducing the need for additional launches. With the first demonstration mission occurring in late 2028, spacedrop™ addresses the critical challenge of providing small satellite operators with reliable and efficient access to GEO, relying on a variety of launcher categories to transfer payloads from GTO to GEO in less than 6 months.
