About
Spectrolab’s GaInP/GaAs/Ge lattice matched 3J solar cells are triple-junction photovoltaic cells designed for space power generation, achieving efficiencies of up to 32%. The majority of Spectrolab’s product deliveries consist of fully assembled space solar panels built to a customer’s specifications using these cells. Spectrolab manufactures and tests these fully-integrated solar panels for commercial, civil, and defense missions, after which they are delivered to satellite prime contractors for integration onto spacecraft. Spectrolab also supports the product line with a range of services including Foundry, Packaging, Environmental testing, FAA Repair, and Engineering Services.
