About
The ThinPack family of Portable Satcom Antennas are designed for efficient and flexible satellite communication. These antennas are compatible with both wide-beam and High Throughput Satellite (HTS) Ku and Ka-band services, offering high spectral efficiency of up to 2 bits/Hz. A key advantage is their network and modem agnostic nature, providing versatility in integration. The antennas are lightweight and compact, making them highly portable, and require no assembly for quick deployment. They are based on ThinKom’s patented Continuous Transverse Stub (CTS) technology, which utilizes principles similar to VICTS to achieve a highly efficient flat panel antenna design.
