The Transporter-Erector Automatic Mating Units Set is intended for the automatic mating of electric and thermal conditioning system lines. These lines are laid on the Transporter-Erector (T.-E.) frame and are automatically connected with stationary lines of the corresponding systems located at the Launch Complex, Assembling and Testing Facility, and T.-E. depot. The set was developed starting in 2015 and boasts a guaranteed service life of 15 years. It features 6 electric couples and 2 pneumatic couples, enabling automatic coupling of both electric and pneumatic lines. The design also includes pest protection. The product can be adapted to meet specific customer requirements. It is assembled on the Transporter-Erector frame pipe connector unit with a mating device, facilitating connection with pipe connectors of the Launch Complex, Assembling and Testing Facility, and T.-E. depot.
