On-orbit Structural Boom Manufacturing

Orbital Matter provides the service of manufacturing structural booms directly in orbit using its Printer Assisted Deployment System (PADS). This system can build hollow, continuous rigid structures from 10m to 100m+ in length without altering the manufacturing process, power requirements, or operational complexity. These monolithic elements, free of joints or hinges, are ideal for supporting large-area elements such as antennas, radiators, and solar arrays that require a structural backbone too large for conventional folding and launching.
